I absolutely love perfume. Not only is it the most powerful invisible accessory, but it has the ability to draw people to you. Much like a bold red lipstick does.

Perfume speaks volumes without saying a word.

Think of how many times someone has walked by you and you immediately wanted to know what they were wearing.

When it comes to sexy fragrances, I admit my tastes have evolved.

Initially, I didn’t mind the more commercial fragrances. But, these days, I want something more niche – something that won’t have me smelling like everyone else.

I tend to gravitate towards woody fragrances. But, that doesn’t mean I’m not open to bright florals or citrus-smelling fragrances.

If a fragrance is too cloying or too saccharine, it throws off my entire outfit and mood.

So, today I ‘m sharing five timeless sexy fragrances that will turn heads and have people asking, what are you wearing?

1. Bond No. 9 TriBeCa EDP – The King Of Sexy Fragrances

Bond No. 9 Tribeca EDP is hands down a showstopper, head turner and attention grabber. I feel like it’s a fragrance for the runway.

It’s rare for me to fall in love with a fragrance the minute it leaves the bottle, but this one did it for me.

A friend of mine bought this fragrance for me and I’m eternally grateful. Not only because it is one of the most sexy fragrances I have ever smelled, but because it ain’t cheap, and I am.

This fragrance retails for $345 at Bloomingdales, although you can find it much cheaper online.

It’s chic, sexy and unisex – I could absolutely enjoy this on a man or woman. Also, it seems like a fragrance billionaires wear.

Scent profile: The notes are cacao absolute, green hazelnut, jasmine sambar absolute, cedar wood and caramel to name a few.

Why it’s unforgettable: It’s unforgettable because it’s absolutely mind-blowingly good. It’s bold and seductive and honestly, a lot of people confuse it for Baccarat Rouge 540. I did, too at first. But, unlike Baccarat Rouge, this fragrance smells amazing right out the bottle.

Baccarat is one of my personal faves, too, but I don’t like the way it smells on first spray.

2. Chanel Chance Eau Tendre (EDT) – A Seductive Fragrance

The first time I smelled Chanel Chance Eau Tendre EDT, I could not get it out of my head.

A coworker of mine walked by and I immediately fell in love. With the perfume – not her. LOL. I asked her what she was wearing. After she told me, I whipped out my cell phone and began researching because I just knew I had to have it.

I have worn this Chanel fave everywhere and it is one of my most complimented fragrances. Chanel really nailed it with its Chance line.

Scent profile: Chanel Eau Tendre is a floral fragrance, which boasts quince and grapefruit as the top notes. Jasmine absolute rounds out this lovely fragrance.

Why it’s unforgettable: This fragrance screams femininity and elegance. It’s also incredibly long-lasting. Even when I apply this at 7am, it’s still going strong at 5pm without reapplication.

Just when I think the fragrance has dissipated, someone will run up to me asking me what I’m wearing. It’s my go-to for every occasion.

Spritz this on your neck if you want someone to kiss you there. I’m not kidding.

3. Kilian Apple Brandy – This Will Make Jaws Drop

During a shopping trip to Nordstrom, I came across the Kilian line. I had never heard of it before, but sampled Roses on Ice and couldn’t get it out of my head.

Months later, while shopping in Sephora, I came across Apple Brandy. Kilian really knocks it out the park with this fragrance. It truly feels like an apple brandy concoction and really deserves a spot on my list of sexy fragrances.

This fragrance comes in a very luxe glass bottle that looks like a sophisticated ice block. They really committed when it comes to the details.

Apple Brandy retails for $275 on Sephora.

Scent profile: Top notes are cardamom and bergamot. Middle notes are apple, rum, brandy, pineapple, vanilla and moss. The base notes are cedar and ambroxan.

Why it’s unforgettable: This fragrance gives off a sexy, mysterious vibe. Imagine sitting at a Casablanca cocktail bar with a lit cheroot and some handsome gentleman approaches for conversation. Yeah . . . that kind of vibe.

4.Clive Christian X For Women: The Feminine Perfume

Clive Christian X The Feminine Perfume of the Perfect Pair is a fragrance that I just simply cannot describe. The best that I can do is tell you how it feels.

The fragrance has a depth that is incredibly lush, sophisticated and sexy. This is a fragrance for a grown woman who has her sh*t together.

The bottle is a luxe, dark blue colour with a gold crown. It really stands out on my fragrance countertop.

Scent profile: This fragrance has several notes, including pineapple, peach, lily of the valley, cedar wood and cashmere musk. It smells unlike anything I’ve ever smelled before. It also has a bit of a smokey quality.

Why it’s unforgettable: To me, this Clive Christian gem just exudes sexiness.

5. Chanel Coco Mademoiselle EDP – A Sexy, Playful Fragrance

The first time I smelled Coco Mademoiselle, I hated it. The second and third time I smelled it, I hated it even more. For the life of me, I couldn’t understand why I was so annoyed by this fragrance.

However, while shopping in Target, a woman walked by me and I was immediately enthralled. When I asked her what she was wearing, she said it was Coco Mademoiselle EDP.

My mouth hit the floor. This couldn’t be the same perfume that had disgusted me. I’m not sure if my hormones changed or what, but one day I decided to give this scent another shot, and suddenly, I liked it.

What To Expect From The Last Of The Sexy Fragrances?

Scent profile: Coco Mademoiselle EEP boasts orange, rose, jasmine and patchouli notes. It’s a bold amber fragrance that exudes elegance. It’s classy and classic.

Why it’s unforgettable: Funny enough, It’s one of those fragrances that you’ll forget you have on until someone runs up to you and asks you what you’re wearing. For those of you who don’t like this fragrance, I strongly suggest you try the Coco Mademoiselle Intense. Another gem from the House of Chanel.

All of the fragrances listed here are not only long-lasting, sexy and seductive, but they’re truly unforgettable.

Remember, fragrance is very personal. What smells great to me might not be so amazing to you.

However, if I were to offer one bit of advice, it’s this – don’t be afraid to step outside the box.

It’s not uncommon for me to try new perfumes. I absolutely love colognes as well. So, at any given moment, I could be in the store shopping for Tumi’s Continuum or any other fragrance marketed for men.
