I don’t know what possessed me to take photos in Downtown Nassau on a July afternoon. It was sweltering hot. I think this summer is the hottest I have ever experienced in my life and it’s not even August yet. Nonetheless, I don’t regret enjoying my day playing tourist.

Here I am posing in front of a nice mural on Prince George Wharf. It really is better in The Bahamas.

Admiring the wonderful artwork. My shirt goes with the paintings.

Nonetheless, I had a great time on Bay Street and of course, down by the Prince George Wharf, where I  snapped these cute pics.

Trying to look deep, but the sweat is draining down my back and the makeup is running faster than Usain Bolt.

If it’s one thing that The Bahamas has, it’s color and lots of it. That’s how we roll in the land of 700 islands and cays.

Here I am doing my best pirate pose. It looks like I just removed my cast.

I burst out laughing after my niece told me I am the worst model in the history of models.

I’m supposed to be dead, but I’m laughing.

Of course, I had to do my jump. The best part is, I had no idea our beautiful Bahamian flag was in the background until later on.  Sweet. A big shout out to my photographer friend, Torrell Glinton, who puts up with my shenanigans. He is talented beyond words.

I don’t know why I get so excited I have to jump. Look at that gorgeous flag in the background.
