Who’s my favourite singer? Which celebrities have I met? What’s my most embarrassing high school story? You’ll get to find out in my latest YouTube Get To Know Me Q&A.
I realised that I have been on the platform for several months, but I never explained to my subscribers and general audience just who I am. So, I’m changing all of that.
In my latest video, which is just under 20 minutes, I explain my likes, dislikes, pet peeves and share a little about who I am. I think knowing this information is one of the best ways to get to know someone.
I have some incredibly weird habits and traits that will raise some eyebrows and make some people run for the door. But, in the end, they will laugh.
For example, my intense proclivity to routine often leads me to eat the same meal every single day. If I find something that tastes good, I will eat it every single day until it tastes awful, then and only then will I stop.
It’s an expensive and weird habit that my friends and family often laugh at.
I also detail, yet again, how I do not like close talkers, especially ones with bad breath. I am very conscious about my hygiene (blame the virgo in me), so I panic every time I’m around someone with bad hygiene.
In the video, I talk about some of my favourite places to visit in the world, whose music inspires me and I even share what one of my high school teachers told my mother that made me burst out laughing. Trust me, if some other kid had heard this from a teacher, they might have started crying. Not me.
In my YouTube Get To Know Me Q&A, you’ll learn what I think about people with bad manners, and why I want to meet writer/director Tyler Perry so badly. Trust me, it’s not what you’d think.
My appearance on the Wendy Williams Show is also included in the video. Those of you who are familiar with my blog will remember the post I wrote after attending her show in New York.
I’ll admit, my personality is a bit different. But, if you’re my people, you’ll enjoy it.
