Who doesn’t love a good pixie cut? I know I do. I have loved this hairstyle ever since I saw Mia Farrow in Rosemary’s Baby. Yes, that long ago.
Even in 2020, the pixie remains a staple in the beauty industry. It’s one of the most adorable hairstyles that a woman can wear and the best part is that the style accentuates a woman’s features. It puts a lot of focus on the face.
For those of you who aren’t ready to commit to chopping off your hair just yet, there are options. This shake-n-go wig from Freetress Equal Wig will do the trick. This style is called the Hailey and comes in a beautiful pastel pink colour, along with a wide array of colours. Here are my top three reasons why you need this cute pink pixie wig right now.
The Cost
I don’t know one person who doesn’t like to save money. Even if you’re a billionaire, you want to save some coins. Because this unit is made of synthetic fibres, it is much cheaper than traditional human hair wigs. I bought this unit for under $30.
When I first put it on, I was not in love with it. But, as I started styling it, I fell in love with how cute it is.
The Look & Feel
I suppose the older I get the more bold I become. I used to look at colourful wigs as ghetto. Probably because a lot of the women I saw wearing them just did too much. But, I find that if you keep your makeup look clean and elegant, it elevates the look of the wig.
This hair felt really good. There was some initial shedding that was super annoying, but after a while, it stopped shedding. There was absolutely no tangles and it didn’t have a weird smell.
This unit has a woven basket-like interior and the cap is super stretchy and comfortable.
Many wigs have combs to keep the unit in place, but this didn’t need them. The absence of those combs made it very easy and comfortable to wear, which I loved.
It’s also a head turner. I can’t begin to tell you how many compliments I have gotten from this wig.
You Don’t Have To Cut Your Hair
I think what I love most of all is the fact that you can transform your look without having to cut your hair. A lot of women are very fearful about putting scissors to their hair only to have a look they are not happy with.
This pink pixie wig allows you to try out the look without making a permanent commitment.
Once you try on this wig and you decide you like it, you can move on to the real deal.
But, if you try it on and determine that you hate it, you can remove it.
There are so many colours to choose from, you’re bound to find something you love, trust me.
But, give a pixie a go. There’s something for everyone.
