If you’re looking for a chocolate eyeshadow look for your brown eyes, you’ve come to the right place. Eye makeup is the perfect way to transform your look and make your eyes stand out.
Creating a chocolate eyeshadow look is one of the easiest things you can do, but having the right eyeshadow palette is the first step.
It doesn’t matter if you have hazel eyes or dark chocolate eyes like me, chocolate eyeshadows are a statement maker.
Today is National Chocolate Chip Cookie Day, so I thought what better way to celebrate the day than to create a soft chocolate eyeshadow look.
I relied on two of my favourite nude palettes to transform my brown eyes: the Bobbi Brown Nude on Nude palette and the LA Girl The Nudist palette.
Both of these palettes are gorgeous, highly pigmented and long lasting.
I bought my Bobbi Brown palette years ago from the Cosmetic Boutique in Nassau, Bahamas. It features both matte and shimmery colours. I used milk chocolate, golden glow, chocolate truffle, bone and black chocolate for my look.
I got my LA Girl palette from Ulta Beauty for $10. It also has mattes and shimmers. it’s perfect.
They’re both great palettes to have in your arsenal because they feature some incredible transition shades.
I wanted to keep this look clean and light, so I used some of the chocolate truffle eyeshadows from the Bobbi Brown palette.
To complete the look, I used MAC’s Sweet As Cocoa for my blush. For my lips, I used MAC’s chestnut lip liner and its Oh Baby lip gloss. My lipstick is Honey Chile from Hue Noire.
I had to complete the look with some chocolate nails, so I went with Revlon’s Fresh Roast.
I can’t wait for you to recreate this look. In the meantime, enjoy the yummy chocolate cookie looks.
